Who We Are

Founded in 2007, GO-TILT Construction is a privately held, full-service shell contractor and structural steel company with offices in Lakeland and South Florida, proudly serving clients across the entire state of Florida.

Our strength lies in our ability to self-perform all aspects of our work, allowing us to maintain strict quality control and deliver consistent, reliable scheduling. On the concrete side, we own and operate a full fleet of specialized equipment—including laser dozers, excavators, concrete pumps, laser screeds, and riders—giving us complete control over pump, place, and finishing. This ensures precision, consistency, and efficiency on every project

OUR LEADERSHIP

GLEN GRIMES is the Owner and Qualifier of GO-TILT Construction. A graduate of Florida International University with a degree in Construction Management, Glen has been immersed in the industry from an early age and has worked full-time in construction since 1997.

In 2007, Glen founded GO-TILT Construction with a clear vision: to deliver high-quality, self-performed concrete and structural steel services while maintaining a strong focus on service, integrity, and team collaboration.

Glen remains hands-on in all aspects of the company—from estimating to project completion—and personally oversees daily operations to ensure every project reflects the company’s core values. With experience as a general contractor, he understands the importance of being a true team player, working alongside clients, design teams, and other trades to drive success.

He takes great pride in the quality, consistency, and reliability that GO-TILT brings to every jobsite, and in the long-term relationships the company builds with its clients.

ALLAN MEJIA is the General Superintendent of Tilt Wall Construction for GO-TILT Construction. Beginning in 1993, Allan brings with him construction experience and an extensive knowledge in all aspects of the project. From estimating to completion, Allan is dedicated to delivering the complete project. Allan has overseen large initiatives by building over 25 million sq ft of buildings and has built a very impressive reputation as a Superintendent in the industry.

BRUCE WATSON is the General Superintendent of cast in place and high rise for GO-TILT Construction. Starting in 1981, Bruce Watson served in an apprenticeship. He was a part of the pipe-fitters and welders local union until 1989. Bruce then discovered his passion in the concrete business. Since then, he has grown to be the Project Superintendent where he schedules crew, coordinates concrete pouring and oversees large projects, such as Paramount on Fort Lauderdale Beach. As a humble and dedicated employee, Bruce attributes much of GO-TILT's success to strong teamwork and to the "brotherhood" that has bonded them together. The team atmosphere is what Bruce and many others are passionate most about.
